I have been in BPO Industry for eleven years now, started as an retention agent for financial US Account for3 years. I have worked as a virtual assistant, for parking reservations, answer calls, data entry and email. I can name a few of my experiences, ebay customer service for four years. I am currently handling agents for a US Telco account. I am willing to do any kind of customer service task, data entry, researching etc.As of now, I can commit 4 hours a day of work, except for Sundays. I am willing to give up my current job and go full time, If given a chance.
