I have been in the BPO industry for 3 years and have experience in handling calls, chats, emails, and escalations. Having customer service, chat, and technical support experience has not only allowed me to acquire the knowledge and attitude required to handle customers professionally and respectfully, it has also honed my problem-solving skills. As a customer support specialist, it is your sole duty to provide assistance and resolve client concerns all the while giving them the best customer service experience. I think outside the box and go out of my way to help and give the correct resolution to my clients. I was a part-time sales associate for 3 years and I was also a team leader for a year which has given me the necessary tools required to deal and communicate with different types of people and be a team player.
