Hello!

I completed my MBA in 2019 and since then have been working as a customer support executive. Now, I aim to transition from a BPO Agent to a Home-Based Freelancer. My objective is to offer honest, reliable, and timely support to my clients and their projects.

I have expertise to work independently and / or in a team. Further, during my work tenure, I have also worked in the capacity of a manager and have performed various duties including training new employees, overseeing their work, and ensuring deadlines are met. Hence, I am capable to work independently / in a team, as well as build a team for successful completion of projects undertaken, if required.

I have provided technical support for the IOT device over emails, social media and live chats. In addition, I have assisted customers in troubleshooting issues with the devices, products related inquiry (including refunds and shipping inquiry), handling application reviews, and have contributed in development of the knowledge base.
