I specialize in the role of test analyst for over 2.5 years working on various digital projects for consumer banking digital solutions. My main scope was conducting and management of testing on various digital projects spanning both mobile and web based applications across various operating systems.

With my most recent work experience in as a business analytics consultant, I was responsible for business and technical consulting to clients in private and public sectors in Singapore and regional South East Asia, building solutions align with the organization’s requirements. I also demonstrate experience in the project manager capacity, mainly handling and maintaining data portal for HR services for Singapore’s lead government agency driving the Smart Nation initiative and public sector digital transformation.

Some of the main tasks t I have experience with include:

• Develop user stories, conduct testing and workshops with stakeholders from project inception and ensure project deliverables are delivered on time as per sprint schedule.
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales activity such as performing catered and customized solutions demonstrations, provision of timely information to clients, and preparation of solutions proposal.
• Executed post-sales activity tasks including compilation of technical responses of part of project tender, providing statement of work, post-implementation reports and subsequent recommendations of vertical solutions.
• Project management experience in coordinating technical updates and presenting status and tracking of issues, decisions to management and stakeholders across cross-functional teams in written and verbal manner.
• Demonstrated flexibility, problem solving and navigating complex business problems and change improvements.
