Maintained Predictive Solutions safety software, this is the software the company used to monitor safety throughout the region.

During this time I also assisted the HR department.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and set up for new employee files.

Reviewed the asset list to make sure the company was not being charged for phones or laptops that we did not currently have. The first month I reconciled this list I was able to remove thousands of dollars in assets that were no longer in use. This saved the company thousands each month.
