1. Communication is the key. Not only am I active listener but I will make sure that the person I am talking to understands what I am trying to communicate to them.

2. Love a challenge. I find great personnel satisfaction in completing a task that is challenging.      

3. Can do attitude. I do not look at a task and say impossible, I look at a task and say how I can complete this task. Then I look at the same task and say now how can I do this in a better and more efficient way.

4. Attention to detail. Through the years I have learned that even the small details are important so I pay attention to everything.
