I am currently working as a local listing specialist at Holistic Web Presence. My primary job as a local listing specialist is to make sure to put our client's businesses on the top of search results.

I have lots of different experiences in terms of customer service and back office jobs. When I was still in BPO industry, I've been a part of customer service billing department (US and UK customers).

When I enter the online gaming industry, I became part of Risk Management Department, specifically in Sports Risk Team. We deal with different kinds of sports betting e.g. (horse racing, football, tennis, basketball, golf etc.). We make sure that all information on their bet receipts and settlements are accurate to prevent loss of the company. I am specialized in tasks handling, email and chat assistance, QA, MS office (words,excel and powerpoint) and data entry. I also had an experience in Online Listing in eBay.
