I came over your advertisement for the Virtual Assistant vacancy and I must say that I am very interested in the position. Doing something different has always excites me. Although I am new in this industry and do not have yet experience, rest assured that I will assist you in time with quality work if given a chance.

I have more than 8 years of experience in Customer Service, and 5 of which is from a BPO company and I can say that I have mastered customer satisfaction and dealing with different kinds of people. I am currently rendering my last 2 days as a Human Resources Analyst in an International BPO company, on which we do admin tasks and deals with International Clients. I started as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who handles chat and email accounts. Then, later on was profiled for a voice account on which I did Outbound and Inbound calls. Luckily, years later, I was promoted as Human Resources Analyst, which is way far from what I am doing from my previous position. However, I've managed to adapt to changes because I believe that I can do it and I am capable of.
