I have been a customer service for more than 10 years. 3 years working for call centers/BPO and more than 7 years working home-based as an Email Support with 3 years of chat support. 

I can assist the customers with their concern and most of the time I go overboard just to satisfy the customer and exceed their expectation. I can make my own reply. I use a template if it is available, but I usually edit the template depending on the concern of the customer.

I am very reliable, hardworking, team player and most of all a fast learner. I can work without supervision and under pressure. Team management is one of the things as well that I can do.
