Following this, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Bacolod from May 2014 to October 2017. During this time, I honed my ability to handle diverse customer needs and developed a strong understanding of various customer service protocols.

At L.E Center Solutions, where I worked as a Verification Specialist from December 2017 to October 2019, I further refined my skills in data accuracy, attention to detail, and process optimization.

I transitioned into the real estate sector with LEI LIVE TRANSFERS INC., where I worked as an

Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, and Real Estate Sales Associate from January 2020 to February 2022. My experience in this role enhanced my sales techniques and allowed me to excel in customer outreach and lead generation.

Subsequently, I took on a role as an Offshore Real Estate Cold Caller and Lead Qualifier from March 2022 to October 2022. Despite the company’s closure, I maintained a strong track record in qualifying leads and supporting sales teams.

Most recently, I served as an Emergency On-Call Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher from November 2022 to May 2024. Though the team was dissolved, I gained valuable experience in emergency dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery during critical situations.
