I did email, chat and voice customer support for a local telecommunication company for almost 5 years. I handled basic troubleshooting procedure, account and billing reconciliation, product inquiry and a lot more. I also had a chance to do cold calling to businesses in the US offering loans, doing outbound and inbound calling both to SSA and clients to make sure the clients gets their disability claim, worked as a taxi call taker and dispatch offering services to different states in the US, done appointment setting for life and health insurance and done cold calling offering text platform service and marketing strategy. I also was able to become a Supervisor and an account Manager for a bpo company. Clients directly contact me for additional projects and further instructions. I relay the process to my agents and do the training with them. I also do coaching and share other techniques to help my agents improve as an employee. The last job I had is for an Email Marketing.
