I've been working in a BPO industry for almost 3 years now and meet alot of people who give me guidance and also share some knowledge with work. I learn alot from the experienced I've been thru about the process that I can used also on my daily routine. This help me to understand how things work and how to manage them.

We deal with the providers which are Doctors and health facility claims.We are assisting the providers with this account we also help them to check their contract and also pricing of the services.

I was very thankful on that experience because it teached me how to handle customers different emotions and how to properly assist them.

I have also experience as a personal secretary/executive secretary of a lawyer, typically more on admin task on daily basis I provide high level confidential support to the Chief Executive by providing a full secretarial and administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.

I passed the board exam this 2023. I am now a licensed professional teacher but being a teacher here is not that easy and will take a lob way to process.

I'm now planning to settle down on our province with my family and to be with them in their everyday activity.

I am looking for stable job that I can apply my skills and also provide an impact to the company.
