Im currently working as document controller and team admin. I'm currently handling service level agreement and project contracts for Expo2020 and Expo City as well as Dubai Metro and other projects. I also have a long experience in customer service and lead generation for the official Caterpillar dealer in the Gulf Region. • Setting up, maintaining & controlling manual and computerized

information filing systems.

• Handles documents & transactions for all Service Level Agreement/Annual

Maintenance contracts (ie: EXPO2020 project) & Corrective Maintenance &

Repair Transactions.
