● 100 plus accounts that consists of a portfolio of Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cloud Servers, Online Backup, Azure, SharePoint, Performance Cloud and VOIP, in the Mid-Levels and SMB markets, for Sherweb.
● Signed a competitive Cloud Service Provider partner network of 5800 + partners doubling Sherweb’s portfolio, with a revenue estimation of 20 million each year, in the mid-level markets, in liaison with the business development directors.
● Grew the SMB pipeline to over $100k in 6 months, closing $40,000 in revenue.
● Built a Sales Operations & Support department. Established daily operating procedures and grew the team to 5 employees within 8 weeks, for Intema Solutions.
● Developed training materials to launch clients efficiently, build engagement, and maximize conversions, for Intema Solutions
● Managed feature releases to 100+ clients. Worked closely with the Development and QA teams to troubleshoot new features and ensure successful implementation, for Sherweb
● Managed Key Accounts while exceeding revenue growth, acquired Yellow Pages, Market Smart 360, Chinese Laundry among a few for Intema Solutions, for Intema Solutions.
