  • Organization Business Model: Design organization re-alignment, formulate organization vision, objectives, strategies, policies, procedures, internal controls, roles and responsibilities based on future business aspirations
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Assessment & Implementation: Evaluate and recommend best possible fit business solutions based on organization business model and implementation of re-defined business model using ERP software packages (my SAP & Oracle)
  • Business Process Re-engineering/Improvement (BPR/BPI): Assess business process performance of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Human Resources, and Administration, which includes existing (As-Is) business policies and processes, analyzing existing practices against industry/global benchmarks, identifying gaps and proposing future (To-Be) business policies and processes
  • Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP): Formulate long-term IT strategic plan aligned with business strategic vision and objectives. Plan covers; identification of business information needs, business applications to support business operations, IT architecture to operate business applications, data storage architecture, systems management, identification of IT resources and skills sets, training, business continuity planning and cost estimation
  • Information Technology Architecture Assessment: Review of existing IT infrastructure, policies, procedures and protocols. Identify weak areas and recommend remedial strategy to upgrade the IT Architecture
  • IT Security Governance Framework: Assess and review IT security environment and propose organization fit solution for IT Security Policies and Procedures based on ISO 27001
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Framework: Review, assess and recommend governance, risk and compliance framework and internal controls based on BASEL III, COSO and Sarbanes & Oxley Act 404 standards
  • Business Analytical Framework and Data Warehousing: Advise solution architecture and provide technical guidance to organizations during selection and implementation of Decision Support Systems (DSS)/Executive Information Systems (EIS)
  • Project Management: Formulate, plan, design and implement project plan strategies for smooth and successful implementation of complex business and IT projects, communication strategy, identify potential and critical risks and propose risk mitigation strategy and plan to reduce/mitigate risk during projects, manage customer expectations, agreement and buy-in on project scope, objectives and deliverable. Provide seamless guidance and advice during transition stage
  • Change Management: Formulate change management strategy and provide guidance to ensure smooth and seamless implementation of projects and identify catalyst for change acceptability. Guide and motivate end user during and post project implementation
  • Operational Productivity: Assess and plan operational effectiveness of the organization through business process and program management, management reporting, and problem solving
  • Team Management: Built knowledge transfer capabilities and provides thought leadership and coaching to consultant teams. Manages talent resources to achieve appropriate mix and meet practice growth goals. Provides leadership in all areas related to recruiting, staffing, training, retaining, and ensuring quality in all aspects of services delivery
