Plan covers; identification of business information needs, business applications to support business operations, IT architecture to operate business applications, data storage architecture, systems management, identification of IT resources and skills sets, training, business continuity planning and cost estimation
Information Technology Architecture Assessment: Review of existing IT infrastructure, policies, procedures and protocols. Identify weak areas and recommend remedial strategy to upgrade the IT Architecture
IT Security Governance Framework: Assess and review IT security environment and propose organization fit solution for IT Security Policies and Procedures based on ISO 27001
Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Framework: Review, assess and recommend governance, risk and compliance framework and internal controls based on BASEL III, COSO and Sarbanes & Oxley Act 404 standards
Business Analytical Framework and Data Warehousing: Advise solution architecture and provide technical guidance to organizations during selection and implementation of Decision Support Systems (DSS)/Executive Information Systems (EIS)
Project Management: Formulate, plan, design and implement project plan strategies for smooth and successful implementation of complex business and IT projects, communication strategy, identify potential and critical risks and propose risk mitigation strategy and plan to reduce/mitigate risk during projects, manage customer expectations, agreement and buy-in on project scope, objectives and deliverable. Provide seamless guidance and advice during transition stage
