Currently holds the position of HR Manager-Operations at Shanghai Electric/Thar Coal Block 1 Power Generation Company (PVT) Ltd, which is a 1320 MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Thar, Karachi Pakistan. I have a career objective of obtaining a senior position in HR, Administration, or Finance that focuses on operational management, team leadership, and process improvements.
My professional experience includes three years as Assistant Manager HR & Finance at CCCC-China Communications Construction Company Ltd. I also worked as a Commercial Officer in GSSE/SEPCO III at Ras al Khair Power and Desalination Plant, Saudi Arabia for 2.5 years. I also have experience working in the non-profit sector, where I served as a Senior Finance Officer and Finance Officer in the Pakistan Red Crescent Society/IFRC. Additionally, I served as an Admin & Finance Officer in the Swedish-Austrian Red Cross and as an Admin Officer in the Pakistan Red Crescent Society/IFRC.

At Shanghai Electric/Thar Coal Block 1 Power Generation Company, My responsibilities include overseeing payroll management, recruitment and hiring, and employee management. I provide end-to-end HR operations support from hiring to retirement and ensure that all HR operations processes comply with Service Level Agreements. I also develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel, planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
During my time at CCCC-China Communications Construction Company Ltd, I supervised EOBI Contributions, Income Tax on Salaries, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Gratuity, Social Securities, and managed staff leaves. He oversaw employee benefits and measured performance, registered NTN (Individual), and Visa extension for Chinese Officials. I also ensured tax compliance (Income Tax with Holding, GST, KPRA) and maintained staff sickness and absence records.
