I have 6 years of Experience in Customer Service, lead generation, cold calling, social media marketing and email marketing as well and helping U.S. also, Australian clients. I was prepared at an expansive Call Center in the india and filled in as Team Lead for a 4 years. 

I can give email, ticket and telephone bolster and will do all that I can to please your clients. Correspondence is my obsession and I immovably trust in completely appreciating clients' needs keeping in mind the end goal to accomplish consumer loyalty. During the time of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have figured out how to sharpen abilities that are near my identity and that I consider basic to quality client benefit, for example, persistence, mindfulness, lucidity, inspirational demeanor, time administration, sympathy, smoothness, promptitude and influence. I am continually eager to learn and will completely acclimate myself with the item to give the most ideal help to clients. 

I am a full-time consultant and can work at any schedule as per the client needs.
