Position began as Customer Service with taking payments, answer telephone, filing, etc. while finishing high school, then moved to training and taking Property and Casualty Agent license. Left company due to illness.

In order; began as a teller, within first year moved to Head Teller. Transitioned to a Customer Service Representative (this included being our IRA specialist), then within a year moved into Assistant Branch Manager for the Main Branch.
After serving as manager for 2 years I was given the opportunity to help develop a marketing and sales team. Which included managing and assisting in creating our website (this includes managing leads coming in from our website), referral system and incentives, mystery shop program, all marketing aspects and event planning, among other things. At this time, I also served as the Assistant to our VP of Marketing and Loans.
I resigned from Newton Federal Bank after the birth of our daughter.

My prior manager at the bank called in July to offer a consulting contract where I worked primarily from home assisting and managing most of the same responsibilities I was carrying out before I left. The one-year contract ended in August 2018.
