I've successfully managed various roles including billing, technical support, sales, customer service and retention specialist for telco accounts. My expertise also extends to outbound calling for telco accounts too and conducting cold calls for health insurance.
I was promoted to Coach for two years, where I managed a nesting team of 15–20 agents. I focused on developing their skills, boosting confidence, and ensuring they met their metrics before moving to production.
I am familiar with tools such as Shopify, Zoho CRM, and Checkout CRM for handling online orders and data entry. In addition, I use Canva and Photoshop for creative projects, as I am also an aspiring graphic artist.
