ABOUT KAINAAZ:
Over the last 15 years, Kainaaz has worked with many large Indian and Multinational organizations. She has been
an integral part of their L&D functions. Her roles have varied from being a Project Lead, Master Trainer,
Instructional Designer and Department Head. She has gathered a vast amount of experience in knowledge
management, customer centricity, education technology, business development / sales and large-scale talent
