Led teams across India, South Africa, Turkey and Middle East, and closely collaborated with teams in UK, LATAM, East Asia and Europe, giving her vast amounts of global exposure. 13 years of experience in the Learning / Training function across Hospitality, Retail and FMCG. Consulting for last 3 years handling business development and end-to-end working with organizations (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Shipping, Telecom, etc.) to plan and execute their talent agenda.
