Employment Record Trailblazers Mentoring Foundation Peer mentor July 2019 till date • Working with Girls empowering girls project together with UNICEF and KCCA (Kampala City Council Authority) which is aimed at keeping girls from 13 years of age in school by paying for their school fees through a partner NGO called Give directly in specific government schools. My role as a peer mentor is to be a support to the girls assigned to me to help them go through life processes. I counsel, encourage, empower, support and refer the most pressing needs to higher authorities like hospitals or courts of law where need be. This program believes that these young girls shall be empowered by the example every peer mentor gives as one who has gone ahead, a role model and one who has completed their own education.
