Referring Internal Database, and Employee referrals. Screening & short-listing candidate’s profile as per the requirements
. Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.
Interacting with candidate and performing initial screening. Understanding their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job responsibilities
. Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Follow-up with selected candidates until Joining date
Conducting Documentation and On boarding formalities
Conducting Inductions / Orientations
