.  Co-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.

 Interacting with candidate and performing initial screening. Understanding their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job responsibilities

.  Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.

 Follow-up with selected candidates until Joining date

 Conducting Documentation and On boarding formalities

 Conducting Inductions / Orientations
