I have worked as a call center associate until i became a team leader in one of the largest contact hubs in the Philippines, I have communication, listening skills and the ability to think quickly whenever there's a problem solving case that needs to be resolved. I can also accommodate clients face to face or over the phone and maintain a positive customer relations, I can work under pressure and have great coordination skills as i also worked in Singapore for almost 6 years in a logistics company where in i have handled multiple accounts , generate additional revenue and do administration duties as well for my company.
