I’ve had previous work in call centers for both BPO (Business process outsourcing) and In-House companies dealing with a different line of business like financial accounts, airline, telecommunications and e-learning provider which requires an employee to do a multitasking job while maintaining reliability, accuracy and dedication.

I'm a Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology degree holder from Manuel L. Quezon University.
