Started working in the BPO industry way back in 2004, with more than 10years of working in sales and more than 5 years in customer service. and I guarantee you that experience is big of a deal and that is something that I have. As a professional with over ten years’ BPO experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications, will make us an asset to the project team.

As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles depending on the project, mostly in small companies where I was not just the getting past the gatekeeper, setting up appointments, proposing an initial offer, technology support, customer service, generating leads, e-mailing, doing surveys and even closing sales. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two workdays are exactly the same.

In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also passionate when it comes to my work as a virtual assistant. But certainly, more than a decade ago, it was a great way to start my BPO career to start as a call center agent and have all the training I needed as a customer service representative too. This is where I learned to do it like a professional and maintain a high quality of calling in the most efficient and effective way. Also working in general care department, I have multiple functions and roles as well from processing and accepting payments to upselling. I also edit customer accounts, troubleshoot, make notes ...etc.

Then as a virtual assistant working here at the very comfort of my home is where I learned a whole new strategy of making sales calls whether outbound or inbound, getting past the gatekeeper when setting the appointment, making improvements in my spiels and continually developing new strategies and constantly learning more each day. I have gone through a myriad of projects ranging from selling jewelry analyzers, selling spots for magazines and in-flight videos in commercial flights, home water systems, oxygen concentrators equipment... etc. In addition to that, I have done survey calling, invitation to platforms, platform testing and so much more. Recently I worked as a booker and sales marketing specialist with Zzish and OCMUSA where I was setting up 3-6 appointments on a daily basis.
