I am an experienced reservations agent for short-term Airbnb rentals. In my previous job position as Reservations Manager for an 8-villa resort, I was responsible for not only accepting reservations and organizing calendars, I was also in charge of answering to guest queries and concerns via email and call. I am quick to solve problems online as I consider myself a tech-savvy person, which is why in my previous job, I was very comfortable in addressing issues and communicating with our affiliated online travel agencies such as Airbnb, booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
