I have worked in the customer service industry for more than 10 years. During these years, I've handled various roles and some of those, aside from being a Customer Service Representative, are in supervisory and people management. Being in this kind of industry and having the said roles, I've developed my passion in problem-solving and helping people out which are both essential for this position. I've also gained skills in effective communication during my tenure in the corporate industry especially when it comes to positive scripting.
