I am an experienced customer service representative. I've been with a BPO company as a CSR for a US account as a Customer Service Representative/Subject Matter Expert/Point of Contact/Escalation team/Sales Chat support/Team lead for two years.
However, to further expand and gain more experience and knowledge, I resigned as a CSR and applied to a different BPO company in the Philippines. I'm currently working as a procure-to-pay associate who manages contracts, checks invoices, and coordinates with suppliers, buyers, and customers.
