Well, since you are here in my profile let me tell you this. Great job!! You have found my profile. You know, I am also looking for a better looking and kind client such as yourself.

About my work history, believe me, it would take months if I put every single detail about them. So, I decided to just summarize them.

To start, I have been in the Call Center Industry for as long as I can remember. A decade and a half I think. By now, I am already an expert when it comes to speaking with people everywhere around the globe. I have spoken to people in The UK, Australia, Canada, and the US. I have dealt with every kind of attitude too.

My VA History:

This started when the Pandemic hits the Philipines and my job was affected too. I was working back then in a serviced accommodation account. I don't want to drop the name because we all have NDA, right? And trust is a very important factor in this business.

I first applied to a local agency for freelancers and their clients are real estate professionals such as Real Estate Agent & Real Estate Wholesalers/Investors. I did cold calling back then. I also worked as a cold caller for an insurance company in Texas.

Then, I worked as an acquisitions agent for a client who owns a healthcare agency. We provide nurses to the healthcare industry in Canada. My role started in Sales, then she assigned me to recruitment and HR while I am also a Staff Coordinator, where I liaise between our nurses and our clients.

Now, I am working in a Software company in the US as a Team Lead in Customer Support. I am also part of the QA Dev testing team. Well you know... we gotta be flexible. We have to learn everything and I love what I am doing.

So please hire me as I am looking for a part-time/flexible role that fits my skills, even not my niche I can go with that as I am a fast learner and very eager to learn something new.
