Since 2017, I've been navigating through various roles, starting in telecommunications with MPCs. From there, I transitioned to sales at Convergys, and when that account dissolved, I found myself at VXI handling AT&T's Platinum account as a CSR. After a year, I moved on to eBay as an SME. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I transitioned to remote work for Toll Global. Later, I found myself at Bluechip Collections. Now, I'm rocking the role of Senior Collections Officer while juggling an HVAC appointment setting job in the US, all while calling Dumaguete my home, having moved here from Pampanga in 2020.
