Later, as an Amazon Customer Service Associate, I further enhanced my communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, digital environment. Handling inquiries through AC3 and managing interactions via Meta Business Suite, I became highly proficient in addressing customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
