I've been working since i was 18 years old. I started working as a Waiter and then i was promoted as a Front desk officer. I've worked with the Hotel for 2 years. After that, I've worked as a Customer Service representative in one of the most leading call center in the Philippines. I did not have any experiences working with a BPO company but i made sure that I exceled and followed the right process. I became the Q3 Passion Awardee Top employee after few months of working. I also previously worked as an Email support for an Amazon Seller in Amazon.com and I've been also working as a Data Entry and a Research Specialist.
