Hello! My name is Justin, and I’m a passionate BSIT graduate who loves combining creativity, technology, and organization to bring ideas to life. I started my journey in tech during college, where I developed websites, mobile applications, and IoT-based projects that strengthened my skills in system development, design, and collaboration. Over time, I discovered my passion for multimedia and virtual assistance — helping brands and teams tell their stories in a clear, creative, and professional way.

During my internship and freelance experiences, I handled various responsibilities such as email management, document creation, sales quotations, inventory tracking, and client coordination. I also had the chance to work closely with a Full Stack Developer as a Project Manager, where I scheduled meetings, managed project timelines, received client emails, and coordinated deliverables. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and teamwork — qualities I carry in every task I do.

Aside from my technical background, I also worked as a barista, where I developed strong interpersonal skills and learned the value of patience, consistency, and excellent customer service. Even during that time, I found myself helping with emails, inquiries, and small business tasks — which sparked my desire to pursue Virtual Assistance full-time.

As a Multimedia Virtual Assistant, I can confidently offer services such as graphic design, content creation, video editing, social media support, and administrative assistance. I’m proficient in tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and I’m always open to learning new platforms that will enhance my work efficiency. My creative eye allows me to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent designs, while my technical mindset ensures that every project is organized and delivered on time.

I’m the type of person who loves learning, adapting, and continuously improving. I believe in doing every task with care, creativity, and purpose. My goal is to grow as a professional Virtual Assistant who contributes not just skills, but also positivity and reliability to every team I work with.
