Juniel Degracia

I have worked in the BPO industry for 6 years supporting Sales, Customer Service and Telco Service Provisioning. Being part of this diversed business made me competent in most of the basic business fields. My last employment was with Acquire Asia Pacific where I started as an agent and worked my way up until I was given the opportunity to be my team’s Point of contact/assistant Team Lead. My role required actioning tasks assigned by my immediate supervisor, mentoring team members and doing coaching sessions with them to identify areas for improvement and how to overcome them thru goal setting. I was certified in various trainings like Task Management and handling Difficult People which helped me become more effective in my role. Eventually, I became part of the Administrative team, this exposed me to seeing the business operation in a wider perspective. Mostly, I dealt with Telco Service rejections where I had better understanding with business revenues and losses. Also, the role required data analysis, creating reports thru MS applications and actual reporting where I got the chance to apply the knowledge I gained when I took up IT in my college days.

My work experience has taught me a lot and prepared me to bigger challenges. This time, I want to do something new, learn more and share my abilities to the most I can. I believe I fit for the role and I look forward to working with you.
