I am Junessa Meiji Paña, a home-based specialist specifically a customer email support in an e-commerce company for more than a year now and was a part-time product researcher (home-based too). Prior to this job, I was a customer service specialist in the corporate world for almost 8 years serving both the UK and Australian clients.
Majority of my home based experience was focused on email support. I resolve product or service problems; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution, all via email. Also, I build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. I use Zendesk and Shopify. Other tasks include order management and Facebook page management.
I also use Hubstaff to track work hours.
