Junelyn Cabillas

Junelyn currently is connected with BHOTech, a technical recruiting firm in San Francisco, California. She does Linkedin candidate search for matching job openings. She is looking for a role to expand her admin skills, and grow to be more functional as VA. She is very much willing to shift back to email or chat support, her forte.

Junelyn previously worked as nonvoice support (chat and email) for Lexmark laser multifunction printers. She is trained for both software and hardware support for multifunction printers. 

She also had a 2-year stint as technical support for HP AIO inkjet printers (All-in-One), supporting both hardware and software via voice.

Most notable work experience is technical support of Linksys networking products. This gave her needed learning on network setup involving routers, range expanders, manageable switches, etc. 

Junelyn also has 3 years experience working in a rural bank. She was tasked to do loans processing for all kinds of loans like salary, supervised (for farmers), microfinance (micro enterpreneurs), agricultural and commercial. She also assisted loans bookkeeping for all the above-mentioned loans.
