I finished my elementary With Honors and a Character Awardee. In 2017, I finished my Junior High School as the top of my class. Came my Senior High School year, I ranked fourth among our batch. I am a consistent academic scholar during my college years. I earned my college degree in Elementary Education and graduated as the top of my class with an award of Magna Cum Laude. During pandemic, I’m proud to say that I finished my studies through academic scholarship and at the same time a consistent top performer in my previous company. I have 5 years of relevant Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience resolving escalations in a timely and accurate manner. A passionate and detail-oriented customer service representative which aims to provide high-level support and care to customers in a variety of setting. While working in this industry, I learned to be more proficient in time management, organization and analysis of data, use of Microsoft applications as well as GSuite applications. I possess good communication and interpersonal skills and has the experience of handling customers and clients both online and offline. There was a time that we had a client that was too hard to handle, that even other representatives were not able to assist, because of her current situation. I took the risk and tried to help her - went above and beyond , then gladly, it resulted to a positive outcome.
For five years, I am able to provide support online and offiline, as the Tier 2 - Escalations Processor of 3 teams with 10 members each team. I coordinated and calibrated with SMEs and Team Leads in updating protocols to provide a harmonious and well-established support for the team.
