For a period of 13 months, I've experienced working as an Online Technician/Agent. Later I worked as a Remote Desktop Support Specialist in a BPO industry, been talking/chatting to a different clients and be able assist them with technical issues that they experiencing with their desktop, laptop, printers, and even their wireless connections. Along with all performances, I am awarded as an All Star Agent, and one of the Top Performer in the project. I am a well-trained person in handling customer service. I knew well MS Office; computer/technical literacy; has a skill in Graphical Designing using Adobe Photoshop; has a knowledge and skills on hardware/software installations and troubleshooting; has basic knowledge on Web designing through Dreamweaver and notepad.I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I can work independently, do various other duties as assigned and as needed. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help you build your business.
