The key strengths that I possess for my success in this position includes the following: I have successfully designed, developed, and supported different improvements and automation in company processes, policies, attendance management, payroll, timekeeping, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits analysis and review, employee engagement activities and more. I provide exceptional contributions to quality customer service for all types customers, cultures and environment. I have a full understanding of the life cycle of an HR practitioner/HR Business Partner. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed especially in HRIS. I had an extensive experience and training with SAP and ORACLE Peoplesoft V.8 and V9, HRTeamware backend coding, advanced Excel, pivot macros etc, ORACLE Business Suite, MS Office, Mac Pages Numbers Sketchup and more.

As an HR Business Partner to my previous work, I was also responsible for analyzing data, clarifying issues between managers and employees, complying with company policies, and keeping a seal of confidentiality. I prided myself in providing excellent customer service to managers and employees. I became efficient at prioritizing tasks and knowing when to escalate issues.

I have a desire to help others succeed, and I see that as a primary goal of human resources. It brings me joy to help employees resolve issues quickly so that they can move forward in their job and be able to provide for their family.
