I worked in a Business Process Outsourcing company for 3 years as Technical/ Customer Support Specialist. With that experience i develop and improve my skills in handling customers of different levels, providing significant solutions to any customers issues, decision making, data research and communications.
I also work as a virtual assistant for 2 years where i learned to use different soft wares and platforms in social media and different techniques in data research.

I consider myself as hardworking, resourceful, result oriented, fast learner, flexible and a good team player. I always make sure that i will excel in every task i do and do my best to provide excellent service and great output in any job responsibility.
