I've been working with Amazon for almost nine years now. I have 2 sides of Amazon experience.
1. In 2016 - 2021 I worked internally with Amazon as an Amazon Seller Support. In this role, I'm responsible for resolving all types of Amazon issues, and cases raised by the sellers via phone walk-through, chat walk-through, and email response.
