I am a Customer Support Representative with 6 years of experience in the field. My experience includes working as an inbound and outbound call center representative, email responder and chat operator. I have also been responsible for handling customer complaints and escalations. The experience I have gained from working as a customer service representative has prepared me to work as a Virtual Assistant. As a customer service representative, I learned how to communicate with others in person and over the phone, which is essential for this position. This experience will help me communicate effectively with my clients via email and phone calls.

In addition to my experience in customer support, I have grown my social media skills by taking a 7-day training on Social Media Management. This has given me an opportunity to learn more about content creation, graphic design tools like Canva and other social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

I am hardworking and possess a passion for learning new things and I have always looked forward to professional development opportunities that allow me to enhance my skills and grow professionally.
