Immigration & Hospitality Manager FIBA 3x3 European Championship U18 I was the key person for all the immigration and hospitality issues within the LOC for all the sports participants, FIBA staff and VIP FIBA guests. To liaise with the 3x3 national teams’ managers and national federations on the continuous basis providing them with all the necessary information regarding the championship.Responsible for the preparation of all documents necessary for the participants to obtain the visa, assisting them all the way starting from the application forms, invitations, supporting letters to obtaining visas at the airport upon arrival. Managing the accommodation and meals services provided for the participants during the event, seeing into different extra requests. Interpreting during the official and non-official events in regard to the Championship. Collecting and finalizing all documentation related to the accommodation and meals services, reporting back to the LOC financial department. Project manager (FIBA YDF) «Learn how to make the right throw» - project aimed at developing the right shooting skills at early stages. In the framework of this project 63 schools throughout the whole country were identified in order to receive the purchased equipment that could also be adjusted to children’s heights for the right developing of that particular skill. «National Basketball Training Camp for children» - project aimed at developing basketball skills, promotion of basketball and engaging children and coaches into sports activities through the organization of the first ever national basketball training camp. Starting from grassroots» - project aimed at developing both coaches skills and children who has just started playing basketball through the means of organizing the national coaches cliniсs with the invited foreign expert and launching the newlybranded national basketball training camp for children that eventually has to become an annual signature event of the federation as part of the youth development activities and promotion of youth basketball in Belarus. Responsibilities:              To create, conceptualize and brand the projects; to calculate the expense budget; To submit the application forms to FIBA with all the information and suggested budget; To provide necessary documents to the State Humanitarian Department in order to approve the budget items and receive the YDF grant without the application of any taxes from Belarusian financial and tax authorities; To breakdown the stages of the projects and assign stakeholders; To allocate the budget according to the items proposed; To liaise with the experts involved and develop together with them a schedule of activities; To purchase necessary equipment (if applicable); To communicate and distribute information to basketball schools, coaches; to process application forms and form the groups; To make necessary arrangements for foreign experts while hosting them during the event; To liaise with all the stakeholders at all project stages; To manage staff hotel bookings, meals arrangements, preparation of the welcome kits, event premises; To collect all the necessary documents for the financial reports; To develop and submit financial reports and presentations back to FIBA. Project manager Development of the National Sports Structure Involved Expert: Sarunas Sakalauskas (FIBA expert, LBF Sports Director) In the framework of the collaboration with the NOC, Olympic Solidarity and FIBA I was in charge of the project named Development of the National Sports Structure that included expert’s site-visits, assessment of the BBF sport structure, conducting master-classes and national coaches’ basketball clinic. Responsibilities:             To create, conceptualize and submit the project for IOC Olympic Solidarity approval; To breakdown the stages of the project and its components; To allocate the proposed budget according to the items stated in the application form; To organize all the visits of the assigned expert (responsible for visas, work permits, travel and accommodation arrangements, logistics as well as the schedule onsite); To assist the expert in getting all the information he requests from all departments; To liaise with the parties involved in the visits and assessment activities; To make preparation work for conducting master-classes; To develop the schedule and concept of the coaching clinic and make the necessary arrangements for it in collaboration with expert; To be in charge of everyday coaching clinic activities; To develop and conduct the survey among the coaches in terms of future possible clinics; To arrange the translation, printing and distribution of the expert’s coaching notes among the national coaches as part of the project; To collect all the financial documents and report back to IOC, NOC. In the framework of this project I collected the information and created a database of the national coaches, as well as developed the model of the national coaches association based on the results of the questionnaires I conducted and research that I made among other federations. Bid Project Manager FIBA U17 World Cup 2018 (successful bid) I was in charge of providing all the necessary preliminary information in order to express a Letter of Interest, to submit our Candidature File as the potential host for the event and organize all the activities for the expert site-visits; hosting and welcoming arrangements for FIBA expert visit; as creating the informational and technical layout for the Bidding brochure. National Team manager Basketball Women’s & Men’s National Team Worked as a team manager for the national teams in the framework of their preparation and participation in the EuroBasket qualification rounds in 2013, 2014 and 2016 (for men) and EuroBasket Women 2013, 2015.
