Hello, my name is Julia ...
While studying at the University I was trying to engage in many different projects using my interpreting skills thus improving myself and exploring what are the job fields I am more interested in. If you read my CV under the section ‘other work and experiences’ you will find there only the 10th part of what I did as a freelancer or volunteer at that time. I was involved in Energy and Economic forums, international sports events, international entertainment events, public, social and humanitarian activities. I was volunteering in the medical sphere, technical sphere… All of them once were new and challenging for me but that never stopped me. I am a very intellectually curious person and that is why when I get the opportunity to explore something new no matter how hard it may seems I do it. However, by the end of my studies i chose sport and never regretted a single moment in my life as there I was able to initiate some interesting projects in absolutely new spheres for me and develop myself: structural development, coaches and players development, signature tournaments and so on. I polished my planning and organizational skills with every single one of them and grew in confidence. Along the way I met incredible people and true basketball professionals who encouraged me to further development and new goals, and some of them even provided me with the great opportunity to prove myself as a person who can add value not only in her own country but who can perfectly fit in a foreign environment, adjust to the new demands and still do her job good (reference to EuroBasket2017).
Some tough times taught me not to lose heart, be able to take up more workload, learn new things, work non-stop and still being able to feel yourself happy. And that is why now I could also describe myself as a 'go to' girl- a girl who will help you get things taken care of; a girl you can rely on when you are in need of extra assistance; a girl who acts as a 'jack of all trades' and is capable of doing almost anything; a girl who does most of the leg work on a project, and never give up.
I have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, I'm good at administration and project management. I love old music and movies, a good read and travelling.
