From 2017 until 2022, I worked in the culinary eld. I studied culinary arts in
Buenos Aires and patisserie in Paris. During this time, I gained experience in
various restaurants, bakeries, and hotels across Argentina. In 2019, I was
awarded a scholarship from the Fundación Pro Humane Vitae, allowing me to
study and work in Bologna for two months.
