I have 5 years of experience working for multiple call center campaigns, and I know that if you hire me, I will perform beyond expectations. 

I studied civil engineering for 7 semesters where I learned a lot of skills associated with the engineering world as well as many different kinds of knowledge that so far have been useful in every job I got such as the management of Microsoft Office. 

The long experience I gained in all my previous employments has marked with high-quality performance in my service interactions where strong soft skills are reflected, a good tone of voice is always present, my undivided attention is focused on the customer’s concern, the following of the guidelines is always accomplished in order to provide the best possible resolution as well as meeting the requested goals in metrics.

Also, I think I am suitable for this kind of job since I have a strong domain of the English language, I am really organized, efficient, reliable and I have a very competitive attitude with a strong sense of commitment.
