I have been with the same company for 7 years. I started as an Email Support and promoted as Quality Assurance Specialists after 2 weeks of employment. With dedication and hard work I became the Team Lead for the department in which I was able to developed skills that may able to contribute on the advancement of the company. Luckily, my hard work paid off and I was assigned the first Client Interaction Specialists which focuses on Identifying campaign issues within Customer Service. I try to analyze and resolved issues and make sure it does not fall off the table. After of which, I have now became the Client Manager that focuses on client coordination for ALL areas of a campaign. I am being honest when I say that I'm not probably the best on what I do and there's always someone better than me, but what I provide is loyalty, integrity and dedication.
