Hi, My name is Miguel. I have 10 years of experience as a customer service representative. Half of my career was under the management role. I was promoted as a Team leader and handled different types of campaigns such as outbound sales and inbound customer service. My last position in the industry was account manager I used to outsource campaigns and negotiate things with my clients. I decided to stop working in the call center industry and started working at home. I was first hired as a Coldcaller in a Realestate company. I stayed with them for almost a year. I also decided to resign and transferred to Zero Motorcycle as one of their customer service representatives. Then I also work as chat support and email support, part-time in an amazon campaign. I also used to work with different clients for Real estate doing a couple of tasks. I am a freelancer for quite some time now. I also work as a Virtual assistant/customer service representative with ZERO MOTORCYCLE. I am willing to work with you for the long term.
