I have over two years on the customer service enviroment. I started as a regular agent in all the companies that I have worked for after a some time I was promoted from the lines to the chat team and after that I was asked to put together a team so that we could cover all the customers that were getting in touch with our company via email. I have experience in training people.
I like these types of jobs because it allows me to help people with any inconvenience that they might have. By doing that I feel that I can make the difference with the customers that deal with.
